DNFT performs monitoring and shutdown functions including No-Flow, Low-Flow or Excessive-Flow for divider-block lubrication systems. The DNFT is a completely enclosed solid state electronic device used to detect Slow-Flow and No-Flow conditions on in-line progressive lubrication systems. It incorporates a crystal oscillator to accurately monitor the cycle time of the lubrication system to enable precision timed shutdown capability. An easily replaceable internal lithium battery is the power source for the DNFT.
The DNFT is available in three different models with the ability to switch voltage up to 240 VDC.

The proximity switch is a device that accurately monitors fluid or grease lubrication systems. It is manufactured using a custom machined stainless steel housing and a powerful magnet assembly built specifically for industrial use. It is easy to install and can be installed on any section on either side of the divider block. The SPS (Sealed Proximity Switch) is a completely sealed monitoring device.
The lubrication purge gun is an easy-to-use, lever-action hand pump lubricator. It can be used to manually purge oil systems, test oil systems, and test the condition of a divider valve system. It's rugged cast iron head and aluminum chamber make it a very durable and long-lasting piece of equipment. The custom machined aluminum housing has slotted "windows" which enable the user to easily see the remaining oil level. This allows the user to refill the chamber before it is completely emptied, preventing air from being pumped into the system. The 40 inch hose assembly includes it's own built-in check valve that is rated for 5000 psi as shown on the liquid-filled pressure gauge.
